I bought shoes, namely sneakers. Very comfortable, the size corresponds to the fit. I still wear them and they remain in excellent condition. I recommend them, but when I ordered a sports suit in size S, it was quite large. I had to sew it, but the quality of the suit is really excellent

Easy to order and fast delivery.

Contacted Puma re parcel not yet being delivered on time and was told to contact Evri. puma sent parcel and should contact carrier and advise customer not customer friendly and arrogant company. Twice got same reply - avoid this company with poor non-existent customer service. If could give minus stars it would be -10

Terrible customer service. Took them over a month to get back to me with a generic reply via email to my warranty enquiry. I had bought expensive football boots through a third party website and they had fallen apart after only a few months of light use. Won't be using again in the future.

Always great products. And always friendly polite and efficient service from their customer service team whenever I make enquiries or request refunds. 5 star service

The leather had started to bubble i hadnt even had the trainers 3 weeks and had to return them! And its for this reason you want to avoid puma as they do not like to refund money and noone is very helpful you get nowhere and they all repeat themselves! call themselves a reputable company they are far from it!!! Will never buy a single puma item again!!! -0000001/10

Puma Evo Power 3 football boots

Really happy with the customer service, parcel arrived earlier than expected.
Boots are amazing, they fit perfectly and feel really good to play in.
Doesn't get 5 stars as they've now been discontinued

Buying experience on your Malaysian website is terrible.

No payment options besides credit cards, and 3 cards that work everywhere else are rejected.

At the end of 2021 I order 2 pairs of sneakers for me and my gf. So far no complaints and zero damages. I will definitely buy from this brand again as the quality and prices (especially during sale) are pretty good.
